WINNER: Adriana Jade
The only lady at the table, Adriana Jade proved she's not just a master of martial arts, but a black belt in blackjack as well.

PLAYERS:
The players are Blair Rodman, Spencer Mohler, Dewey Tomko, Norm Sheridan, Patrick Taylor, S.H. Long, and Adriana Jade.
This table features three players who were on All In magazine’s pre-season Top Ten (in order of ranking): Blair Rodman, Adriana Jade, and Norm Sheridan. S.H. Long is also an experienced tournament player. Pat Taylor was a surprise finalist who worked his way through the Las Vegas qualifiers. Dewey Tomko is the lone poker player in the mix and Spencer Mohler is this tournament’s Internet qualifier.

ELIMINATION:
Hand 7: Dewey Tomko is first to go when the dealer draws to 21 after his $50,000 all-in bet.
Hand 8: This hand goes to a playoff between Norm Sheridan and S.H. Long. Norm plays the entire hand beautifully and prevails in the playoff (see Strategy Notes).
Hand 13: Norm Sheridan loses steadily after the first Elimination Hand and is forced to go all in on hand 13. He’s dealt a 20, but the dealer turns a blackjack.
Hand 16: Patrick Taylor falls when Blair Rodman’s excellent double for less preserves the low side for him by just $1,000 (see Strategy Notes).
Hand 25: After a wild series of hands that leaves all three remaining players over or near $300,000, Spencer Mohler is eliminated.
Last Hand
Blair Rodman and Adriana Jade wage a good battle with classic heads-up play. Adriana takes the lead on hand 26, and then Blair’s pushes on hands 27 and 29 prevent him from getting the lead back. On the final hand, Blair needs a swing, since he must bet in the open and in front of Adriana. He tries for it with a hard double of 13, but busts, and Adriana Jade is the champion.
