CRA Examination Schedule for the Fourth Quarter of 2011

Below is a list of state-chartered banks that are scheduled for on-site assessment by the New York Department of Financial Services (the “Department of Financial Services” or “DFS”) pursuant to the Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) during the First Quarter 2012.  Whenever possible, DFS performs concurrent CRA examinations with the federal regulatory agencies.  Please note that dates are subject to change.

The Department of Financial Services publishes its examination schedule in an effort to encourage public comment on the CRA performance of banks scheduled for review. Written, signed comments on local credit needs and/or the performance of specific banks may be submitted prior to or during the examination.  It is recommended, however, that comments be received early in order to ensure a thorough review by DFS bank examiners.
