Applications for chartering or licensing by the Department of Financial Services, and the forms and tools associated with these applications, are available in the following areas:
Banks & Trusts: State-chartered banks, trust companies and credit unions, safe deposit companies, and the agencies, branches and representative offices of foreign banks.
Corporations: Approval of the Superintendent to use certain words in the title of a corporation.
Mortgage Bankers, Brokers, Servicers and Loan Originators
Licensed Financial Services: Check Cashers, Money Transmitters, Budget Planners, licensed lenders, and sales and premium finance agencies
